New pricing effective November 1, 2013

Here's my most current fee schedule.  Please feel free to ask if you have questions.

Time:
$65 for 30 minute sessions
$100 for 60 minute sessions
(ex.  90 minute sessions are $165)

To give you some examples of sessions:
  • Newborn sessions usually take about 30 minutes with no outfit changes.
  • Family sessions usually take about 60-90 minutes depending on family size.
  • Engagement sessions usually take about 60-90 minutes, depending on what the couple wants.
  • Weddings take 4-8 hours.
Why $100 per hour?  I spend an hour with a client and a minimum of 2 hours at home editing the photos I took.

CDs (per CD used):
$10 for up to 20 photos
$15 for 21-50 photos
$20 for 51-100 photos

Prints/photobooks/canvases/greeting cards:
Prices vary, but packages start at $20.  Call for the most up-to-date prices.

Travel:
30 minutes included in price above
31-45 minutes $10
46-60 minutes $30
61-75 minutes $35
76-90 minutes $50

  • 50% of hourly price due at time of scheduling with remainder (plus applicable travel charges) due on or by session date.
  • 100% of print costs due at time of order.
  • Previous clients receive 10% off time, CDs, and prints.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from viewing to receive prints or CDs,  weeks for specialty prints.  Online albums will be available for 6 months from the date of your session.  You'll have the opportunity to order CDs or prints from that album as long as it's available.  If you have a multiple sitting session (maternity progression, newborn through 1 year, etc) your album will be available for 6 months after the date of your last session.

Ask about donating to my autism efforts.  Any donations over $50 will receive special recognition.  For a little background, my oldest child is autistic.  We go to the Autism Speaks walk every fall at Richmond International Raceway.  In 2014, I'm adding a 5k run for the Autism Society in the late spring.

I've decided to charge by the hour with separate charges for CDs and prints.  I occasionally run package deals (session and CD and/or prints).  If you have your heart set on a print deal, give me a call.  We'll work something out.

Even if you think you can't afford a photographer for your special event, call me.  I pride myself on being affordable because I've been there.  We couldn't afford to hire a wedding photographer, so I asked my dad to take pictures for us.  While they were fine, they weren't nearly the quality we would have received from a professional.  In fact, I have better quality photos from other guests.  That's why I'm here.  I'm a photographer because I love it.  I'm not looking to get rich doing this.  I take payments, I occasionally give discounts, and I'll work with your budget.  I want you to have the photos you deserve.

I accept cash, PayPal, and major credit cards.  I cannot accept personal checks at this time.  Prices and fees subject to change at any time.
