I've dropped the ball!

It would seem I've dropped the ball since my last post.  I was so busy in the summer and fall of 2014 that I didn't have time to turn around.  I decided I needed to take a break.  My kids and I were at martial arts every week night and I just didn't have time for photography.  I wasn't enjoying it like I did before.
After dealing with the death of both of my parents in the course of 11 months and burying myself in work, I needed to take some time to myself to breathe and really process what happened.  I pulled away from friends and focused solely on my family.
Will I get back on Groupon?  Probably not.  It was a wonderful experience and it forced me to jump off the deep end, but I realized it wasn't what I was looking for.  I wanted clients who would stay with me and continue to schedule with me.
Will I keep taking pictures?  Absolutely!  It's in my blood and I enjoy it.  I've found that I'm more at ease while photographing than I am in almost any other situation.  For now, I'll take pictures of my own kids and the beautiful flowers in our yard.  I'll post them when I have a few moments and I hope you'll enjoy them.
